Name Badge Information: Please provide the attendee's first name, last name, and affiliation as you would like them to appear on the attendee's name badge at the conference.
Affiliation: If the attendee does not have an instituitonal affiliation, please either state "N/A" (which will appear as a blank on the name badge) or list a desgination that the attendee is comfortable with listing on the name badge (e.g., "Independent Scholar").
Convener: Please indicate if you are willing to serve as a convener for the conference. Conveners are responsible for keeping time and for facilitating respectful academic discourse in a session. Additional details will be distributed to conveners once the program is available.
